Our Lactococcus lactis protein expression systems are easy-to-use systems for stable, high-yield protein production. These endotoxin-free systems have many advantages over other systems including reduced protease activity, no formation of spores or inclusion bodies, options for food-grade expression, and simple fermentation, scale-up and downstream processing. The constitutive expression system can be used for other lactid acid bacteria in addition to L. lactis.
