The G-DEX IIc Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (for Cell/Tissue) is a rapid and efficient method for isolation of high molecular weight genomic DNA from gram-negative bacteria, animal cells and tissues of all types. The protocol for most samples includes only 5 steps and can be completed in less than 1 hour. Sample sizes can range from a single cell to 1 gram of tissue. This kit is suitable for PCR, DNA hybridization, genomic DNA library construction, and other applications.
