Description
Oligo (dT) 15 Primer is designed to initiate the synthesis of cDNA from total RNA in a reverse transcription reaction. It is suitable for use when Reverse Transcriptase starts the reaction from the poly-A-end of mRNA. This primer can also be used for generation of labeled cDNA to screen microarrays.
This short single-stranded oligonucleotide is based on the sequence of deoxythymine (dT).
